Quiet, safe, gorgeous building with incredible 24/7 doormen and great neighbors. Gorgeous unobstructed views of Empire State & Manhattan. Online rent payments and maintenance requests that get taken care of quickly (usually within 24 hours). I've NEVER seen a pest/roach here. Laundry room and amenities are well maintained. Average neighbor is in their mid 20s-30s, very pet friendly. We've loved living here for 2.5 years and are only leaving due to unforeseen personal reasons.
