Great, modern *rent-stabilized* 1BR in a new building in Boerum Hill. Apartment is approx. 630sqft with a large bedroom and huge west-facing windows (tons on natural light and great sunset views).
The neighborhood is cute and building is super nice, no issues with neighbors or noise (apartment on the 18th floor so essentially no street noise). Also super convenient to anywhere in Manhattan or East Brooklyn, with *many* subway lines within walking distance (A/C, B, F, G, Q, R, 2/3, 4/5).
Has in unit w/d, efficient central air/heat, dishwasher. Genuinely a great apartment and wouldn't leave if I didn't have to.
Flexible on the start time but ideally mid December-early Jan. Signing over lease will require leasing company to do a background check and confirm income (I believe 3X rent)
