Their largest studio layout. Price much cheaper than normal because its a lease takeover from a 2 year lease (we have to move for work).
The view is amazing: the whole wall is windows and faces north/northeast - you get amazing views of lower manhattan, NJ, and Brooklyn.
Works well for single or couple. There's a large pole that you can hang a curtain from to separate the bedroom from living area - we can leave it the curtain blackout curtain. The interior is really nice and clean.
Really nice community that is secure and has easy access to the train (3 min walk). several restaurants on the property + gelato place. its a 5 min ride to the ferry to go to manhattan or ~10 min ride to new dorp.
There's a really nice pool open during warmer season, outdoor fire pits, super nice gym + fitness room with free daily classes. Parking is free on the street or ~100 outside lot or ~200 in the garage below the building. There's free bike storage area (assigned spots) and extra storage rental available at the garage level (~80). The whole building is secured and the courtyard/pool is secured.
Theres a small park nearby where people walk their dogs.
