After 9 years in this apartment, the time has come for us to leave New York, and saying goodbye to this lovely space is heartbreaking. This is a truly inviting apartment, with the best kitchen we've ever seen in Manhattan, and some of the best views, too. We would love to pass on our home to someone who will love it as much as we have.

(We will also have to say goodbye to some of our plant-friends, and would love to find someone who would take care of them in the future!).

Additional fee

Gotham West charges an application fee of $20 for assignees, and requires the following documents: copy of photo ID; signed Authorization form to Release Records; 2 most recent pays-tubs OR 2 most recent years of tax returns if self-employed (yearly compensation or AGI must be 40X the monthly gross rent or 80X in case of a guarantor); most recent complete bank statement.
