The building has lovely amenities including a doorman, four elevators, a roof deck, patio, private cabanas that tenants can rent, a game room, gym, pet spa, bike storage, basic storage, conference room/working space and lounge, and a garage!! Downstairs, there’s also a grocery store.
The lease would have 2.5 months left (possibly three if move in is earlier). There’s an option to renew the lease.
