There are 2 generous sized bedrooms, with a walk-in closet in the main larger bedroom. It has an open plan kitchen with lots of storage and a dishwasher. Theres a private balcony with umbrella + couch/table looking out to the street (and community garden) with a tree in front for shade . Built-in closets in each room. In-wall air conditioners and individual control of gas baseboard heating. Hardwood floors throughout. The apartment is south facing, great light with big windows & sliding glass door to the balcony

Subletters pay Gas and electricity- since this is a full year, these will need to be transferred into your name for the duration of the sublet.

Location: South Park Slope, between 5th and 6th Avenues.
Approximately 7min walk (0.4mi) to the R at Prospect Ave or 10 mins(0.5mi) to the F/G at 4th/9th or 7th Ave stations. There’s a community garden on the corner, and you can easily walk to both Prospect Park and Greenwood Cemetery. The area has access to lots of bars, cafes, restaurants, grocery stores, delis, and dollar stores, but is still quiet.
We plan to return in 2026 so this is a 1 year term non renewable only.
