Hi! I am looking for someone to sublet my apartment with the opportunity to possibly take over the lease afterwards. The apartment is a 1 bedroom 1 bathroom on the Upper West Side. It will come unfurnished, but can fit a queen bed and even fits a three person couch. The kitchen is very spacious and can have a little dining table for two people.

The apartment is 2 blocks from the B, C subway. The M11 and M7 are right outside the door. The M86 is 3 blocks away to get you to the east side. You have the museum of natural history a few blocks down. Central Park is just a block away. There are so many great restaurants in the area too and super fun and cute bars!
