The West End Ave residence is a newly renovated student residence on the quaint Upper West Side of Manhattan. Our building offers private studios with private bathrooms and kitchenettes. It's an elevator building with a 24 hour front desk. Our student attend various schools and Universities including Columbia University, Fordham, Joffery Balet School and may others. The building also has plenty of common area space which includes our 16,000 Square foot roof terrace with amazing city views and our student lounge area. We also have a laundry facility. The neighborhood has everything that New York has to offer within steps of the building. The Subway is 2 blocks away. Feel free to contact us to schedule a tour or book a reservation.
