Private room available in a 3 Bedroom apartment! Available starting Wednesday November 20th, and can be rented until June 1st, with the option to renew a 12 month lease at that time.

Comes furnished with a Bed, Desk, Chair and Lamp. Roommates are quiet, clean and courteous, and they expect you to be as well!

It's a doorman building, with a nice view on the 21st floor, facing North. The building has washer/dryers, a gym, an indoor lounge and public terrace which you will have access to as well.

Permission has been given from the building, and the application process is straightforward. I can negotiate slightly down on price depending on when you start and how long you're looking to stay.

Additional fee

There is an application fee, but that will be covered by me as long as you are confident you meet the requirements ahead of time (literally just don't have any evictions).

No pets allowed. One month minimum. Price is dependent on your start date and end date. Preferably you will stay from November until the Spring.
