Property Details

Hi there! I’m looking for someone to sublet my fully furnished 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment in the amazing West Wharf building in Greenpoint. It has world-class amenities – some of the most luxurious in the country.

--------------------

About the Apartment

• The layout is open and airy, with floor-to-ceiling windows that let in a ton of natural light and offer gorgeous views.

• The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances (gas cooktop, dishwasher, etc.), and plenty of cabinet space. Plus, kitchen equipment like a high-end KitchenAid, NinjaCreami, and an ice-maker

• Huge bedroom with floor-to-ceiling windows and king-size bed, blackout shades, and a walk-in closet with built-in organizers.

• The bathroom feels spa-like, with a soaking tub, rain shower, and sleek finishes.

• The floors are beautiful wide-plank oak hardwood, and there’s CENTRAL AIR AND HEATING with your own thermostat.

--------------------

About the Building (and the Amenities!)

This building has EVERYTHING. To access the amenities, you’ll get TWO separate keys, which ensures everything stays exclusive for two residents. Here’s what you’ll have access to:

• Indoor Pool and a rooftop pool with a bar and lounge area.

• Fitness Center with a climbing wall, yoga studio, and full basketball court.

• A spa with hammam, salt rooms, saunas, hot tubs, and even treatment rooms.

• Fun stuff like a bowling alley, golf simulators, screening rooms, and a music/podcast studio.

• Tons of outdoor space, including landscaped terraces with grills, a children’s play area, and the waterfront esplanade for picnics or just hanging out.

• There’s also a co-working space with private rooms if you work from home.

• The staff here are amazing, and there’s a 24/7 concierge, bike storage, an in-building parking garage, and valet services.

Honestly, it’s hard to imagine a more comfortable and convenient place to live.

--------------------

Neighborhood

Greenpoint is such a great neighborhood! The building is right on the waterfront, and you’re super close to:

• The G train (and the L isn’t far either) plus the NYC Ferry.

• Amazing restaurants, bars, and coffee shops. Some of my favorites are Paulie Gee’s for pizza and Elektra for cocktails.

• Grocery stores (Whole Foods is nearby), and there are always cool markets and pop-ups in the area.

• Parks and walking paths—perfect for a jog or a picnic.

--------------------

NOTE: There are two adorable kittens who live in the apartment. They have an auto feeder, and auto-water bowl, and a hidden litter box.

About This Lister
My girlfriend and I have lived here for 4 months and we’ve absolutely loved every second of it. I work in tech and she’s an attorney, so we both keep pretty busy, but this apartment has been the perfect oasis for us to unwind. We’re big on cooking, so the kitchen has been a dream, and the views from the living room make even the busiest days feel a little more peaceful.

We’re both pretty active—she loves the gym, and I’m into running. On weekends, we enjoy checking out local restaurants and walking along the waterfront. This building and neighborhood have really felt like home to us.

We’re subletting because we’re heading out on a long trip to explore a few new places, and we want to find someone who will appreciate this space as much as we do.
