Additional fee

- Please note that all guests must sign a lease agreement and provide a copy of ID prior to check in as per building regulations. All guests will also need to fill out a simple application form ( You can find it in the last picture of our listing). Once the booking is confirmed, a secure link will be sent via email to sign and submit the required info.
- Building amenities may have an extra cost
- Please inform us if you have any pets to confirm that the building is pet friendly and note that there is a refundable security pet fee ($500/pet) and a monthly rent ($100/mo/pet) is applicable upon reservation. Failing to notify us of any pets prior to check-in will incur a penalty, and may result in denied check-in. Supporting documents (ie. vaccinations) may be required
- Please note that should the gas & electric bill exceed this maximum amount allowed of $150/Month, the subtenant will be responsible for the difference.
