I am looking for someone to takeover the lease for Stuytown apartment!

Apartment has its own festivals, farmers market, events etc. So if you want to enjoy the neighborhood in heart-cold New York , this is the place :)

Take over date: ideally 12/26/2024 or later
The lease ends 08/04/2025 & you can extend the contract if you need

- rent stabilized!!
Utilities: Everything included unlimited in rent, except air conditioning ($74.18 per month)
Unit: originally 1B1B but I have flex wall for 2B1B (Air conditioning in both rooms) both with large windows
The big room has view of world trade center skyline
Finish: Platinum finish (best finish in Stuytown)
Location:
- 5 min walk from L station (2 stop away from union sq & 1 stop away from Greenpoint!)
- 1 min for M14D (look up Stuytown for the location)
Laundry and dryer: on 1st level
Amenities: Apartment park, fountain & cafes, dog park, bakery, Walgreen, Starbucks plus fitness, study area, party room etc for a fee.

Near NYU, SVA, Baruch etc, so good for students (NYU has shuttle bus stop at the apartment)
The area is VERY SAFE and apartment has its own public safety (I take a walk in 1am inside )
Also, residential office is always here so if you need to plumber, pest control or other general apartment mechanical support, they usually do it for free for you.

Also, I am happy to transfer all my furnitures, so if you are interested in fully furnished rooms, this is good option.
