The building has incredible amenities: gym, pool, roof deck, movie theater, game room, huge co-working space and more. Check out the building on their website. Search for The Set Related. Related also owns Equinox, and so the gym, amenities and finishes are beautiful.

Unit has in washer/dryer, dishwasher, beautiful downtown views of World Trade and a large bathroom. There are two closets--one very large and one smaller.

Unit could be subleased furnished or unfurnished. If unfurnished, the rent would be $4,500 per month; electric and water included. If furnished, the rent would $5,000 per month. The furnished units provided by the building are priced above $5,400 dollars.

Landlord would do a background check. Instead of subleasing, there is also the option to assign the lease to you directly if you prefer which would then provide you with the option to remain in the apartment at the time my lease ends; they would provide you with a new lease agreement. If you choose to have the lease assigned to you directly, I would not leave the apartment furnished.

The building approves pets under a certain weight/breed restrictions.
