I'm listing the master bedroom of a rent-stabilized unit in the East Village for sublet / lease takeover starting January or February 2025. This room is the master bedroom of a 3 bed / 2 bath unit with a relatively spacious living / kitchen area for hanging out. The room is quite large, gets tons of natural light and is very quiet as it is located at the back of the building and faces the backyard. The roommates are great and we've lived together for years with no issues - I am listing the room as I am moving out of NYC.
Dates: Ideal dates of 2/2/25 to 5/31/25. Can be flexible on move-in date up to 12/21/24
Structure: Sublet. I am moving out of NYC for a new job and the lease ends 5/31/25. You and the other roommates can decide to renew for another year at the description of the group
