Looking for a subletter to take over the remaining 4 months on my lease in a 3bd 2bth unit in Bed-Stuy.

You will have a private bedroom looking over the street with sun facing windows as well as a private bathroom with a walk in shower. Unit has a kitchen with a gas stove / oven, fridge, dishwasher, and microwave, as well as a ton of space in the shared living area between the other roommates. The apartment has a private patio, and the building has roof access. This is on the 4th floor so there are no upstairs neighbors! The bedroom has 1 light fixture, a handful of outlets, 3 windows that can be fully opened, and a private AC/Heater wall unit with remote. There is also a closet with a pretty decent space for clothing & additional storage. The private bathroom also has a built in heater in the wall alongside the toilet and sink with vanity.

The two roommates you would be living with are both female in their late 20s + a cat named cleo who is very sweet.

Utilities are shared between roommates. Paid monthly. $20 for wifi, and then 1/3 of the gas and power bills which changes by the month. Usually around $100 for those two.

Building has laundry in the basement, as well as a very active groupchat that everyone is a part of. This has been super helpful for package watching, as well as asking to borrow / lend various objects to one another.

Lease ends in March 2025. If the other roommates do like living with you, there is potential to renew as they are both interested in staying.

You are steps away from the B46 & B46 SBS bus line. about 5 minutes walk from the J, and about 20 minute walk from the A/C (or take the B46 to the A/C station!)

Incentives

If roommate found / moved in by December 15th, I will cover the entirety of Decembers rent for free.
