This apartment is gorgeous, and I’ve lived here for 3 years, only leaving because I am relocating to DC to be closer to my family. While pictures show it painted and wallpapered, it has been reverted to its original state. New tenant can either sign a brand new 12 month lease or assign my lease through June 30th and resign. Apartment is majorly below market and rent generally only increases $100 annually.
