Spacious two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment on the border of Ridgewood and Bushwick, available 12/1! Each bedroom can fit a queen bed, and they are on opposite sides of the apartment, allowing for a good amount of separation. The apartment has a long hallway connecting all the rooms, which makes the space feel bigger than other apartments of this square footage. We ended up using one of the bedrooms as a living room.
Two large walk-in closets, each with two upper shelves, they offer a ridiculous amount of storage space. In addition, the basement has space to store some personal items. Stainless steel fridge, electric stove, and truly endless kitchen cabinet space. Both bathrooms have a shower, and one of the bathrooms has a tub. Pets are welcome, there are 6 total units in this building and multiple residents have dogs and cats (very friendly dog neighborhood). We're about half a mile from Irving Square Park which has a GREAT dog community and farmer's market from April - November.
There's rooftop access, everyone is very friendly and respectful about sharing it and we've had some nice low-key parties up there in the summertime. This apartment is on a quiet street (Summerfield st) between Cypress and Wyckoff.
No elevator, but it's only a 2nd floor walk-up. Here are the requirements for this lease takeover:
- No broker's fee.
- One month's rent as security deposit + first month's rent paid upfront.
- Management company must approve you through the application process ($20 application fee if this is your first time applying to a Rogers Management apartment).
- The lease is from 12/1/2024 to 9/30/2025, after which you will be given the option to renew.
We've had a really great time at this apartment, we've lived here just over 2 years. We're moving because we need to be more central to Brooklyn for work. The management company is professional and courteous about taking care of issues when they pop up, and they are lenient about allowing basement access and allowing us to paint the walls.
