Rent is 5838.88/month. It’s rent stabilized. So it can only legally be allowed to be raised by 3.5% on a one year and 5% on a two year. So here are the details:
You have two options:
Take the lease as is from us and it ends at end of may. Rent would be 5838.28 until end of may. You will be given option to renew lease every year if you are a good tenant. Price will go up 3.5% for a 1 year lease or 5% for a two year lease. So cost would be:
