Hello! I am currently looking for someone to take over my lease for the remaining of the year. I am no longer desiring to attend Texas state and live in San Marcos. I have enjoyed living at these apartments for a year and a half now. The room I share is a 4x4 apartment with three other female roommates. You will have a spacious room and your own bathroom. Parking is available and the apartment complex is also dog friendly. They also have an in ground pool, hangout area, study area, and apartment gym. The base rent is 695+ whatever is used for utilities. The roommates I have are very sweet and clean up after themselves well. I have had no issues with them whatsoever. They are really focused on their studies. The complex is located on the bus route for Texas State as well and is 10 minutes away from campus. The apartment comes furnished as well and there is a hiking trail located within the apartment complex as well.
