I’m looking for someone to stay for the full term, and to make this an easy yes, I’m offering the apartment at a discounted rent of $3,500/month (I currently pay $4,425/month—so you’re saving big!).

This is a great opportunity to enjoy a beautiful space at a reduced rate, no strings attached. But if you fall in love with the apartment and want to stay beyond May 31, there’s also the option to sign a new lease directly with the building at market rate and make it your own long-term home.

Additional fee

The building management does require all subtenants to complete a background check and submit a short application—it’s a super straightforward process that only takes about 5 minutes. We’ll also sign a simple sublet agreement between us to make everything official.

There’s a $1,000 security deposit, which will be fully refundable at the end of the sublet term, assuming there’s no damage.
