This apartment has served us well for the past 2.5 years. We are looking for new tenants to takeover our lease starting in (Jan 1 2025) as we move to separate apartments in the neighborhood.

For young professionals, the apartment is also a 5 minute walk from the 7th Avenue F/G stop, which provides quick and easy commuter access to both Downtown and Midtown Manhattan and both of New York’s airports (LGA & JFK).
