Looking to sublet my wonderful 1 bedroom while I spend some time with family in California. The apartment would be great for a couple or single person who wants a spacious place.

I'm pretty flexible with dates -- open to more of a month to month agreement or something more longterm!

Kensington is a great neighborhood -- fairly quiet but great access to transit. LOTS of grocery stores. 10 min walk to Prospect Park, 12 min walk to F/G, ~8 min walk to Q/B.


Apartment details:

- Large, comfortable, and *very* well equipped kitchen. Ideal for holiday cooking! Gas stove, tons of counter space, every kitchen gadget/utensil/spice imaginable. The only thing it's missing is a dishwasher :)

- Kitchen has an open bar/window to the living room, which I love because it separates the spaces while allowing light and conversation through.

- Bedroom has a comfortable queen sized bed, wall mounted desk/shelves and plenty of open space.

- Large living/dining room with two very comfy couches and a dining table that can be adjusted.

- Access to semi-private outdoor space! Not much out there right now but maybe you enjoy winter gardening :)

- Hardwood and tile floors throughout.

- Living room and kitchen get good daytime light (west-facing), bedroom gets decent light but direct sunlight in the winter is rare.

- Apartment is on the first floor but does not face the street. Convenient yet quiet! Building is well maintained and the super lives on-site.

- Laundry in building basement!! Fairly inexpensive (payment via app) and super convenient. 3 washers and dryers so I rarely have to wait to use machines.

Additional fee

- $2375 security deposit
- 1st month's rent (prorated for Dec)
- Signed sublet agreement

- Utilities (electric + gas) are not included in rent, wifi is included

- Video chat meeting, then can arrange to see the space in person if desired
