Looking for someone to takeover the lease for my studio in Harbor1500 luxury building on the Weehawken waterfront, Lincoln Harbor area. Looking for takeover from Dec 27th onwards till April 11th.
Apartment is spacious (504 sqft) with lots of sunlight thanks to floor to ceiling windows and has views of NYC. Apartment has separate alcove for bedroom and great layout as per floor plan attached. Building has amazing amenities and is in a great location. Close to NYC and Hoboken but in a quiet neighborhood right on the water.
Rent is $3000 per month (below market). Willing to pay for cleaning before move in. Apartment can be provided furnished (ie, bed, sofa, work desk/chair) or unfurnished.

Room is huge with floor to ceiling windows giving panoramic views of midtown Manhattan. Great for hosting parties (we had one with over 70 people).

- Across the street from Whole Foods, Cafe Grumpy, Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse, Blu on the Hudson and Chart House Restaurants.
- 3 minute walk to Lincoln Harbor Park, which has 2 children’s playgrounds, outdoor gym equipment, and a massive lawn that hosts free concerts in the summer.
- Estuary dog park and Weehawken Pier also in the area.
