We're leaving our classic, huge, beautiful Bedstuy apartment for a sabbatical February 1-June 1 2025 with some flexibility. Photos don't really do it justice here. This place is gorgeous; huge and wonderful for dinner parties and cozy winter into spring time. It's the first 2 floors of an old, renovated brownstone with lots of light, space, large sitting room, big open kitchen and dining room. There's also a furnished basement with storage and laundry. It can be set up as either a 3-bedroom or 2-bedroom with 3 full bathrooms (3 bathtubs). Both bedrooms are large and 2 have an en suite bathroom as well as plenty of closet space. We have full, private backyard and an upstairs deck. The A train is just a few blocks away; the G train is close too. Negotiable on dates and price.
