So rent is about 5100 per month for whole place. I have a roommate that will be staying but I'm planning to move out of town therefore need to find someone else to pick up my half.
He will be splitting the bill and the idea is for the other person to pick up my half of the lease for the remainder of the term and with their name ending up on the lease.
Building is new, we were first tenants in the apartment and it needs very little maintenance. We also do monthly cleaning services that we split along with utilities on top.
Also each room has it's own heating/air conditioning that is separately controlled.
Job Relocation
We have prorated rent for one month free over the duration of full lease length. That has been factored in, and your half will be slightly below 2400 per month as a result.
There will have to be verification and background check done with landlord/leasing company. They'll do income verification with letter of employment and/or tax results.
