Fully furnished one bedroom in the heart of Bed-Stuy. The unit is on the 3rd floor of a classic Brooklyn brownstone on a quiet, treelined block. The building is tranquil, and the apartment is the entire top floor, so there is no foot traffic past the door. It's a perfect space for remote work and there is a dedicated space in the apartment. This neighborhood is brimming with restaurants, bars and boutique shops of all kinds. There are also a number of grocery and retail shops in walking distance. I will be traveling the first half of the year and I'm looking for a respectful, tidy individual to stay and enjoy the space in my absence.
