Hello! My roommate and I are looking for two people to take over our leases in a one-bedroom flexed apartment in Downtown Manhattan. There is a spacious living room and both bedrooms can fit a queen/king size bed comfortably. The master bedroom has a walk-in closet. Flexed bedroom does not have a closet, but there is more than enough closet space in the living room.

The apt is right next to the Hudson River (easy access to NJ Ferry and PATH), West Side Highway, and 5 minutes walk to Brookfield Place / the Oculus. Building is pet friendly! 😺🐶

◾️Lease: Feb 1 to May 27 2025 (with option to renew) ◾️Location: Battery Park
◾️Subways: 7-minute walk to lines 1,2,3,4,5,A,C,E,J,R,W and 5' walk to PATH and Ferry
◾️Rent: $4,530 base + $20 renter insurance + $35 amenities (separate utilities bills)
◾️Amenities: Elevators, laundry in building, gym, outdoor pool (extra fee each use)
◾️Security deposit: one month rent but NO BROKER FEE
