Suddenly decided to graduate and go back to China earlier, so I’m looking for a possible re-let for the entire 1b1b (738 sq ft) in The Hendrix (180 Morgan St, Jersey City, NJ 07302). Feel free to contact me if you're interested!

2. Proof of Income: 3 months recent pay stubs, a letter from your employer, I20 for students, or a tax return
3. Proof of US Bank Account: bank statement
4. Proof of SSN: copy of Social Security card or recent W2 (not applicable for students)
5. $125 application fee
- I'll cover your administrative fee if you finally decide to apply.

The earliest available to move-in date will be 12/28/2024 (the exact move-in date is flexible): Since my current leasing term will end on 9/30/2025, your rent will be $4,484/month (blended, $4,450/month before 9/30/2025 and $4,584 for the rest, water included). The security deposit will be $4,484 (total, equals to the blended rate)

The electricity will be paid to PSE&G online based on the meter reading (monthly). The Wi-fi I'm currently using costs $75/month

Room amenities:
- fully equipped with In-unit washer & dryer, microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher. (These are provided by the building)
- 2 full-size beds (1 in bedroom & 1 in the living room, there’s partition cabinet with slide door in the living room). You can freely dispose of the furniture after moving in, and if you don't need any of those (i.e. the partition cabinet in the living room), just tell me before you move in so I could dismantle them in advance.

The apartment is cozy. View from the living room is great (which was actually why i decided to renew the lease).

The building includes study lounge, conference rooms, play lounge, gym, swimming pool, 24h doorman, elevator, and parking space (at extra cost).

The location of the building is close to subway (2-min walk), Walgreens, supermarkets, and restaurants.
