I’m looking for someone to take over the remainder of my lease in a large, sunny alcove studio in a well-maintained Chelsea doorman building (with elevator, laundry room, gym, roof deck and resident lounge).

Apartment features an open kitchen with dishwasher and breakfast counter, plenty of space for dining area, living room and work from home set-up, massive walk-in closet, air conditioning and large north facing windows.

Across the street from Trader Joe’s and very close walking distance to several train lines.

This is a great building and spacious apartment - I’m very sad to leave! Bed, couch and some other furniture may be available for sale if interested.
