Studio apartment in the Lower East Side, first-floor walk-up with a private fire escape, a dishwasher, a huge bathroom, and a huge closet. All utilities, including WiFi, have already been set up and can easily be transferred or you can pay me directly. There’s also a laundromat around the corner, literally a minute walk away. The apartment is fully furnished, including a queen-size bed, desk, chair, dressers, cooking utensils, pots and pans, I even have a bidet and a Roku TV. I will also be cleaning the apartment before leaving so that you can easily move in. I'm moving to Los Angeles for work and will be coming back in June to finish out the lease.
