This unique place has a style all its own in the best neighborhood in Manhattan (NoHo). With 2 full bathrooms, 2 couches, a large kitchen and south facing natural light through its 14 foot tall windows you get a real home feel in a city where space is limited. My cleaning lady comes at the 2 week mark (no extra cost) and there is a 100" screen for the projector! The space: The main room fits two couches, a 100” projector screen pulls down on the far wall, a dining table that sits 8 comfortably, and 3 bar stools right up on the large peninsula kitchen counter. The oven and stove top are large and work perfectly, with strong gas heat. The fridge is large and like new. The two bathrooms were renovated recently and the bedroom could have fit a king bed, but has a queen bed comfortably. Guest access: You can access the entire apartment except for one closet that has a lock on it for storage. Other things to note: You'll love the location. It is the BEST of NYC, I promise. And my cleaning lady comes at the 2 week mark (no extra cost)! Furniture: It comes fully furnished, but willing to take out some or all furniture. Artwork will be removed at some point.
