Hello!

I've been living here for about a year and a half now, but I'm looking for someone to take over the lease on or after April 1st (flexible) until the end of the lease on 9/30. Can renew at end of lease term.

The unit has a king-sized bedroom with a large kitchen and stainless steel appliances (including a dishwasher). There is a remote-controlled split unit for AC and heating in the living room and bedroom.

The building has an elevator, a parking garage, a gym, a package locker, and laundry machines. Spectrum and Verizon Fios are available here. There is a 7 train station (52nd st) right outside the apartment with quick access to Manhattan.

Feel free to ask any questions regarding the unit or if you would like to come in and see the apartment! I'm open to leaving some of the furniture as well.
