I’m looking for a sublet to take over my lease starting in February 1, 2025 and the lease ends July 31, 2025 with option to renew. It’s a one bedroom, one bathroom with in-unit washer/dryer hookup for $1395 in Albany Park Area!!!! 6min walk to Kimball Brown Line station
A security deposit of one month rent $1395 must be paid with the first month rent $1395 as well ($2790). The landlord is a Private Owner and she does an employer verification check along side must have 2 previous landlord references for verification or good credit.
