Looking for a tenant to sublet the master bedroom in a spacious 3-bedroom apartment at Riverbank, located at 560 W 43rd St. This is the largest layout in the building, totaling 1126 sq. ft.

The master bedroom comes with its own private en-suite bathroom and a walk-in closet, plus plenty of room for a king-sized bed. I can furnish the room with a bed and desk or leave it unfurnished—it’s totally up to you.

You’ll be sharing the apartment with two 24-year-old software engineers who are clean, organized, and easy to get along with. They enjoy cooking, music, and tennis and are looking for a roommate who’s similarly chill and respectful.

Riverbank is a luxury building with awesome amenities, including:

This has been a lovely place to live, and I’m sad to leave it behind! The apartment is spacious and comfortable, and the building’s amenities make day-to-day life super convenient. My roommates are great people, and we’re all hoping to find someone who’s a good fit for the space / vibe.
