This sunny bedroom directly overlooks Tompkins Square Park and gives you immediate access to the best of EV dining, nightlife, people watching, etc. The apartment is fully furnished (best couch in lower Manhattan three years running!) with a stocked kitchen and single shared bathroom. Roommates will be two males, late twenties / early thirties, young professionals, who may travel often during your time here.
