It is a convertible 1 bedroom, currently configured as an alcove studio apartment with a massive balcony looking over 2nd Ave. You can easily put a wall up to close the bedroom - many other units on our line have done this. We have LOVED this apartment for 2.5 years. We now both permanently work from home, so we have decided to move only to get a home office. The doormen, porters, and super are fantastic, and we are so sad to leave them. They watered our plants when we were away for our wedding, bring all our packages to our door, and love our dog so much. This is a great home for 1-2 people.
