Hi all, I'm moving out of my beautiful, spacious high-floor one bedroom to move cross-country for my job and the lease is good until August 31st, 2025. It's a rent controlled space and the full price is over $5,000 but I will be subsidizing the rent for the rest of the term. The views, the gym, the doorman and location are all wonderful. The neighbors on the floor are mostly families so are very quiet and respectful (I’ve never heard anyone). Beautiful city views on the east and south, and the balcony has views of the Hudson River to the west.
Lease transfer/move in prior to February 1 may be possible. I will transfer my furniture/cooking supplies for free (if you’d like). This apartment can also be turned into a two bedroom with flex walls.
