I’m looking for someone to take over my room in a 3-bedroom, 2-bath apartment in Midtown Manhattan from Jan 15, 2025, to May 31, 2025.
The apartment is in a doorman building just a few blocks from Central Park, Columbus Circle, and the Theater District. It’s a great spot—safe, quiet at night, and super convenient for commuting with multiple subway lines nearby (N, Q, R, W, B, D, E, F, M).

The room itself is spacious (it easily fits a double bed, desk, and lounge chair without feeling cramped) and will be unfurnished as I'm moving out, though the shared living room and kitchen have everything you need. There’s plenty of closet space, big windows with great natural light, and hardwood floors.

The building has a 24/7 doorman, in-building laundry, and a package room. You’d be living with two friendly, clean male software engineers who keep things tidy and are easygoing.
