Unit 1231 at 33 Bond street is a big 1 bedroom apartment with floor to ceiling windows and a private balcony. It is in a building that was built in 2017 so the appliances are new and the building is well maintained. There is a rotating team of doorman and during the day 2 are always working, at night 1. Residents recieve a 50% discount for Chelsea piers and there is an entrance directly from the lobby of the building to the gym. The apartment itself is great, it gets a ton of light during the day. The bedroom is big enough for a desk, queen bed, and dresser. It has a walk in closet and the main room is big enough for a sectional and a small kitchen table along with a large kitchen island that can be used as a breakfast bar. I enjoyed living here and I'm only leaving as a result of a change in personal circumstances, the apartment itself and the building are great.
