My girlfriend and I are moving out of our studio at 26 West in Greenpoint after 3 years! We love the apartment and the building :)
The studio is the largest in the building (503 sq ft) and has a private backyard terrace. Was very comfortable for both of us to share the space.
The landlord has agreed to do a lease reassignment. Please contact us for the application.
Note: Rent is currently $3015, but would bump up to $3096 if you choose to renew end of March.
