My friend and I are looking for someone to lease assign our 2bd 2ba apartment in LIC. We’ve loved living here for the past two and a half years since it’s a spacious unit that's great for relaxing or hosting. The pet-friendly building has a gym, rooftop and is close to many train lines and local restaurants.

Additional fee

- $20 online application fee
- Security deposit (1 month rent)
- One time pet fee (if applicable). No pet rent.

2. A work reference letter stating your annual salary
a. If you are self employed - Notarized CPA Letter
3. Copy of your three (3) most recent pay stubs
4. Copy of your TWO most recent bank statements – Checking and Savings
5. Copy of your most recent Tax Return (1st and Signature Page Only)
a. If you are self employed 2 most recent Tax Returns
6. Copy of your most recent W2 Form
7. Copy of two (2) most recent paid rent receipts
8. A landlord Reference Letter with a contact number
9. Copy of your Passport

*Due at Lease Signing- 1st month's rent and/or pet fee(s) if applicable.
