We have a resort style pool and a community center with a pool table, ping-pong table and a really nice coffee machine that can make anything from tea to coffee to hot chocolate
My room is a two bed two bath each room has its own lease so if you want you can rent out both rooms or if you want a roommate your rent will be cut in half and you won’t get screwed over if your roommate moves out because you sign your own lease for your own room

Each room is its own lease so it’s 740 for room A and 720 for room B rent comes out to about 1600-1750 depending on utilities bill summer is a little higher because you gonna have that ac running so you don’t get overheated
If you take over the lease you’ll be able to keep it at the price I pay the 2 bed two baths are 850 but if you sublease mine you can get each room at the original price of 720 for each room
