Our current lease ends May 30 - we're looking for someone who can take over our lease beginning March 1, but have flexibility on that date. Apartment can be sublet from us until May with the option to renew directly with the landlord afterward, or the lease can be transferred officially to you upon move in (there is a fee associated with that option from the management company)
