Subletting a one-bedroom corner apartment on the 26th floor of a high-rise building in the Financial District. The apartment has a long terrace and gets lots of natural light during the day. The kitchen has modern appliances, lots of cabinet storage, and there's a total of 3 closets (one of which is currently used as a pantry). There is a washer/dryer in-unit. The bathroom has a stand-up shower and a medicine cabinet behind the glass. The bedroom has two large windows and enough space for a queen bed + a desk in the corner. The staff at the building are amazing and very friendly, package alerts are emailed to you when they arrive, and if an appliance has an issue maintenance can come within a day and fix it quickly. There is a gym in the basement with treadmills/Pelotons, full-weight rack, and a yoga studio. There is also a roof deck and game room. (Video is from before we first moved in back in 2022)
