Looking for 2 people to takeover the lease of our 2 BR 1 BA apartment in East Village. Open to a sublet too but lease takeover is preferred.

Move in earliest March 1 but open to after + Apr 1 too. Laundry is in the building, the place is quaint but it is in the best neighborhood with incredible natural light in both rooms. Management company is very responsive and quick with any needs!

Since 1 bedroom is bigger than the other, the bigger room has been paying $100 more in rent. 2nd bedroom can also be used as an office!

Lease ends June 28 but you can sign a 12 month lease after if you'd like.
