Additional fee

Application requirements:
- $25 for the non-refundable credit application fee
- Provide a copy of state ID and proof of income to building management (1 one of the following: 2 pay stubs, W2, 1040 or 1099, or tax return)

Important Notes:
- The interested party will be required to place a $500 deposit to hold the apartment while the application is being reviewed
- If the application is approved, the deposit is non-refundable (in the event of cancellation by sublessee) and is applied to the rent
- If the application is not approved, the $500 deposit will be refunded back
- Sublessee will be required to sign a sublease agreement and provide a security deposit (more specifics provided in sublease agreement)
