We’ve loved this unit and have lived here since the building opened and are just moving for more space due to both working from home. First month (March) $3250, second month (April) $2,750 (to make up for the application fee). Potential option to move in as early as February 15th. Gas and water included, electric, etc separate. Will ask for a small security deposit that will be returned upon either return of the apartment in good condition or upon signing of lease directly with the landlord. May be willing to negotiate partially furnished, though different rate would apply.
