This is an amenity building with work spaces, a gym, roof deck, roof lounge (indoor space to enjoy the views). 1 bedroom unit, includes dishwasher and washer dryer and air conditioning. 1 block away from Franklin ave subway station (2,3,4,5 trains). 1 block away from union market. We’ve loved this unit and have lived here since the building opened and are just moving for more space due to both working from home. First month (March) $3150, second month (April) $2,650 (to make up for the application fee/as a signing incentive).

Gas and water included, electric, etc separate. Will ask for a small security deposit that will be returned upon either return of the apartment in good condition or upon signing of lease directly with the landlord. Unfurnished only. Open for lease takeover (current lease ends April 30, 2025) or sublet. Please note the rate advertised is applicable to the sublet only.
