Unfortunately, my current roommate has to leave so I'm looking for a replacement between mid-end of February till end of April. Before continuing please note I'm fostering a cat so being cat/pet-friendly is a must.

The apartment is on the 42nd floor in a luxury condominium with a full-time doorman and concierge, live-in Resident Manager, and central laundry (basement). The building has a gym/Fitness Center, Game Room, Residents’ Lounge, and three fantastic outdoor terraces on the 46 & 47th floors. The building is across the street from the Q train and 10-15mins from the 4/5/6 trains on 86th st. There's a keyfoods supermarket across the street.

The apartment faces south and has a beautiful view of the city. The room available is the largest of the two (see floorplan: 11'6" x 15'8") with a walk-in closet. You'll have your own bathroom with a bath & shower. There's a shared kitchen and living room. The room comes furnished.

Heat & hot water is included. Additional charges are Verizon FIOS at $25/month/each & electricity charges vary but are typically around $50-100/month for the whole apartment.

I'm a late 20's male professional who works from home with the occasional office visit. During the week I go to the gym, cook, and watch TV. On weekends I'm typically out. I'm currently fostering a cat named Oliv who's very chill, friendly, and roams around the shared living area. You won't need to look after him or anything.
