You will be living in 2 other girls in their mid twenties. We’re both super friendly, diligent about maintaining a clean and functional living space , and mostly keep to ourselves.

Rent: $2,250 per month (wifi, utilities, home restocks are separate)

Trains: 6 min walk to trains E, M, N, Q, W, R, and 7 trains; a quick 15 minutes to Midtown East

Amenities: Full gym, yoga room, half basketball court, squash room, game room, lounge space, roofdeck a floor above, additional laundry room (included; will cover additional keys for you)

Food: 3-10 mins walk to restaurants, grocery stores, cafes

We are looking for someone who:

• Is very clean

• Works in-office most days of the week

• Doesn’t smoke or hosts large groups frequently
