Beautifully light and bright studio apartment available in the heart of Manhattan. Located right next to both Penn station and Moynihan station, subway and train access is right on your doorstep. There are plenty of shops and restaurants in the local area within walking distance from your apartment.

This large studio is south facing with large windows providing unobstructed, breathtaking views south and west of the city (all the way down to the financial district), bringing lots of natural light into this spacious room.

The Olivia building offers excellent amenities and communal facilities including a gym, laundry room, lounge (with pool table), indoor and outdoor roof terraces, communal work spaces and individual booths to work more privately.

The spacious outdoor terrace even has a number of grills available for those summer BBQs looking out over the city. Please note that there is an additional amenity fee to use the gym and roof terrace area.

While we have not had a pet in the apartment, the building is pet friendly should this be a requirement. The apartment will be unfurnished.

Incentives

Lease assignment fee of $750 will be paid by current tenants.

Additional fee

There is a non refundable $20 application fee to be paid to the building manager upon application.
A security deposit of $1000 should be paid to current tenants. This is refundable to you from building management when your tenancy agreement ends (subject to condition of property).
